Privacy Policy
1. Scope and consent
This Privacy Policy explains how TrovexiCore ("we", "us", "the platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users who access https://trovexicore.com/ or register for our services. By using the platform you consent to the practices described here. This policy is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") of India and the applicable Information Technology Rules, 2011.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform and communicate with you.
- Account details — first name, last name, email address, and Indian mobile number provided at registration.
- Verification data — country of residence (India) and any identifiers submitted during KYC onboarding.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device identifier, operating system, time zone, and referring URL.
- Usage data — pages visited, interactions with the registration form, and timestamps of those events.
- Marketing attribution — a limited set of identifiers we use to understand how visitors arrive at our site (source, medium, campaign).
We do not collect passport numbers, government ID images, or bank credentials on this page. Where such data is required to activate a trading account, it is collected separately over a secure post-registration flow.
3. How we use your information
- Create and maintain your TrovexiCore account and communicate registration status.
- Schedule the initial onboarding call from a company representative.
- Send essential service messages — account changes, security alerts, platform updates.
- Prevent fraud, detect abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law, including tax reporting and anti–money-laundering requirements.
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing, in aggregated and anonymised form.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies to maintain your session and a limited set of analytic identifiers to understand traffic patterns. We may also embed third-party measurement pixels (for example, Meta Pixel) solely to measure the effectiveness of paid advertising. These pixels do not read content you enter into our forms.
You can disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the registration form from functioning.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, email delivery, telephony, customer support — under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulatory and government authorities where required by Indian law or a valid judicial process.
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided they agree to honour this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain registration data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Technical logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months unless a longer period is required by law. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a resident of India, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary;
- Withdraw consent previously given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity;
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address registered with your account. We will respond within fifteen (15) working days.
8. Security
We protect personal data using industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption for data in transit, role-based access controls for internal systems, and periodic third-party security reviews of our infrastructure. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; you acknowledge that you submit personal data at your own risk and should keep your account credentials confidential.
9. Children's privacy
The platform is strictly for users eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us immediately so we can remove it.
10. International transfers
Personal data may be processed on servers located outside India by our service providers. Where such transfers occur, we ensure comparable data-protection standards apply, in line with the DPDP Act's provisions on cross-border processing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. When changes are material we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
