3. Account registration

To use TrovexiCore you must submit accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. 4. Description of services

TrovexiCore provides an automated, AI-driven trading interface that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, Indian equity broker APIs, and major forex venues. The engine analyses live market data and routes trades on the user's behalf based on algorithmic signals. The platform does not hold custody of your funds; capital remains on your connected exchange accounts or in a segregated trading sub-account under your name.

5. Risk disclaimer

Prices in crypto, equity, and forex markets are volatile and may fluctuate significantly within short periods. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital;
• Automated trading algorithms can fail, produce unexpected results, or perform differently than during back-tests;
• Exchange outages, network congestion, or liquidity shortages may prevent the execution of trades at expected prices;
• Earnings figures shown in marketing materials and testimonials represent individual historical outcomes and are not typical or guaranteed.

6. Regulatory status in India

As of the effective date, cryptocurrency is not legal tender in India, and no Indian regulator guarantees returns on crypto-asset investments. Profits from virtual digital assets are taxable under Section 115BBH of the Income-tax Act, 1961, with applicable TDS under Section 194S. Equity trading is routed through SEBI-registered brokers you connect yourself; you remain responsible for your own taxation on capital gains.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity;

• Share your account with third parties or operate more than one account per individual;

8. Fees

Registration and ongoing access to the platform are free of charge. TrovexiCore's revenue comes from a small percentage of profits generated by the algorithm on the user's account; no fee is charged on losing trades or during periods of inactivity. 9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the TrovexiCore name, logos, graphics, algorithms, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of TrovexiCore or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrovexiCore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrovexiCore, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrovexiCore harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or created risk for other users. Upon termination, your outstanding balances remain your property and will be made available for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
