TrovexiCore takes platform integrity seriously. If you encounter behaviour, content, or correspondence that appears to violate our Terms & Conditions, applicable Indian law, or the rights of any person, please report it so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

What you can report

• Impersonation or fraud — someone falsely claiming to represent TrovexiCore, or using our name to solicit funds or information.
• Phishing attempts — fake websites, emails, or SMS messages that mimic our branding to collect your data.
• Spam or unsolicited messages received under the TrovexiCore name.
• Account compromise — if you suspect your own account or that of another user has been accessed without authorisation.
• Intellectual-property infringement — unauthorised use of TrovexiCore copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content.
• Content concerns — any material on our website that you believe is defamatory, misleading, or illegal under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or related rules.

How to report

Email [email protected] from any working email address. Please include:

1. Your full name and contact email (a reply address we can reach you on);
2. A clear description of the issue, including the date and approximate time it occurred;
3. Links, screenshots, message headers, or any other evidence supporting the report;
4. The URL of the specific page involved, if applicable;
5. A statement, made in good faith, that the information you are providing is accurate.

Intellectual-property takedown notices

If you believe that content on https://trovexicore.com/ infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

• Identification of the protected work you claim has been infringed;
• The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears;
• Your contact information, including address, telephone, and email;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Submissions complying with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 will be actioned as soon as reasonably practicable.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge every report within three (3) working days and to resolve straightforward cases within fifteen (15) working days. Complex investigations involving multiple parties or external providers may require additional time, in which case we will keep the reporter informed of progress.
